I get the email from diabetes life and a couple weeks ago they
recommended adding chia seeds to your daily diet. So I've been adding three tablespoons of chia gel two or three meals a day. So far, it seems like my numbers have been trending a little lower ie. from an average of 140's to an average of 110's. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried them and what your results are. BD |

I eat chia seeds for the protein. But they don't lower my BG. |
