have had the krups toaster for a few weeks and am really satisfied. it's a good size, doesn't take up much counter space.
What can I say. The controls are intuitive, it works flawlessly, and looks amazing. My only complaint would be that eggo waffles don't stick out very far when they're done, but the outside is so well insulated that there is no danger of getting burned retrieving them so I won't hold that against it.
It did not take long at all to get the toaster. It works very well, and I really like it.
I purchased this because of CR ratings and appearance. It is very attractive; looks either modern or retro. Toasting level settings show the length of each setting and digitally displays countdown. Defrost works well. I especially like the compact size. Opening are not real long, but still fits my pitas. Definite 5 for me!
OK, the slots are a bit small. I cut larger slices in half. I dropped it only one star for the small slots. It serves my needs just fine most of the time, and I'm willing to sacrifice slot size for overall toaster size, so it fits on the storage shelf I have available.I was surprised at how nice the finish is on the body of the appliance.
