I don't know if that's the worst. I've seen stuffed French Toast and there
is one place here that makes French Toast out of giant cinnamon rolls. I
have no idea what the calorie count is on those. I was never tempted to eat
them. There is also pancake on a stick. Used to be served at my daughter's
school. Not sure if it still is or not. I've been told it is a sausage
dipped in pancake batter and deep fried.

They might not serve them any more. I really don't know. Daughter never
buys lunch any more.

I do know this that IHOP will give you Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup. I
never did like all those fancy pancakes and syrups

What good is sugar free pancake syrup if you are eating carb laden pancakes?
Plus it is probably full of sugar alcohol that will send you flying to the
toilet.

I use it with my French toast...I don't drown it..Maybe a Tablespoon or so.
It does have sugar alcohol but if you don't go overboard you should be ok.

I think some have both sugar alcohols and splenda and they don't bother
me. I try to get the kind with 10 calories a portion, rather than 30,
which means fewer sugar alcohols as well. I think it is Howard brand.

I stopped in at a Bob Evans for a cup of bean soup while I was on vacation
recently. It would have been very good except that I had forgotten how
*extremely high* it is in sodium. Most soups are over-salted, but this
seemed worse than most.

While we were there, I saw a picture of the "Stacked and Stuffed Carmel
Banana Pecan Hotcakes" that you mentioned. I would probably have liked them
when I was a youngster (and maybe even years after that), but now all I
could think about was how unhealthy and laden with calories it would be.
Looking at your figures, it appears that I was right!
