Default Tonight's dinner

I was at the store yesterday and saw some seasoned tortilla strips that were
sold in the produce section. I checked the ingredients and lo and behold,
Angela was not allergic to them! I didn't actually think I would like them.
I have not liked the ones I have tried in the past. But these are quite
good. Lightly sweet on the outside.

I browned some ground beef with taco seasoning that I got from American
Spice. All spices. No filler.

I put this on a bed of three lettuces that I mixed with some shredded
Mexican cheese, black olives and drained, canned kidney beans. Put some
good, chunky salsa on top of the meat. Angela got sour cream on hers. I
can't stand the stuff. Then a few of the tortilla strips.

Angela loves it! We have a winner!

I left off the cilantro! I put plenty of that in there too. Yum!
