Now if you could get baby bell peppers or even small ones that are rather skinny those would work. Here we can get sweet peppers that come in red, yellow and orange. They come in a bag or plastic box usually in the Spring and early summer. They are small but long and narrow in shape. Those would work too. |

I sometimes use a dried onw with its seeds to add a litlle zip to a vegetable or clean-up-the -kitchen soup. Wendy |

Here we can get there in the red bell pepper, yellow and orange. They have a bag or plastic container, usually in spring and early summer. They may be small, but the narrow shape. Those will work. With only one fresh for the Poblano and other dry. A larger less pepper.
