Fake eggs
 
Yes I swagbucked this because I had never heard of fake eggs before. And
sure enough there are some. In China of course.

What aout EnR G egg replacer? That is a kind of , properly labelled fake
eggs for a certain use, incertain cooked foods. sing the term egg
replacer is just a nicer wa of putting it.

I have never found it to be effective in anything. From what I've read it
is best used in baking it really doesn't work for me. My friend says she
uses twice the amount that is called for in baking. I really don't bake
much.
