The filling recipe looks so good with the use of fresh spinach, Greek
yogurt and the assorted herbs and spices that I thought it might well make
something good and low carb if made withotu the phyllo, or, , perhaps, if
you are not quite so low carb, only a few phyllo leaves or no bottom
phyllo and a few on top, or use some one of your lowere carb tortillas or
pita or crumbs or whtever.

If anyone tryies it, please let us know how it turns out and how you
modified it.
