apparently a company called "Gram's Gourmet" *used* to make
them, as a low-carb snack food, but they appear to have stopped
distributing that flavor - only the "sweet cinnamon and butter"
flavor seems to be available:

there are places you can get powdered cheese for putting on popcorn,
or you could use the cheese packet from a box of mac-and-cheese
(what to do with the macaroni is left as an exercise for the reader)
get some plain pork rinds and put them in a large Zip-Lock(tm) bag
with the cheese powder, and shake until the rinds are thoroughly
coated. then spread the rinds out on a microwave-safe plate and
nuke them till the cheese melts.

me, i'll have the chocolate-covered pork rinds, hold the pork...
