Aioli a la grecque
A sort of vinaigrette sauce which is prepared as follows; combine pounded walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts, fresh bread crumbs, sieved and soaked in milk, and pounded garlic. Blend with oil, vinegar and lemon juice. For fried and boiled fish. --- JL |
