That's what the slaves in Frogmore did back in the early 1800's and hey, it became a local dish. Just as the dialect (Gullah) became the local spoken language. Frogmore Stew is pretty much a whatever you have mixture, not really a stew. You know what I'm talking about. Good eats! Jill |
