The Cooking of Southwest France: Recipes from France's Magnificent
Rustic Cuisine (Hardcover)

By: Paula Wolfert

Does anybody know this book?
Do you have an Idea what kind of recipes are in it?

I had thought about ordering it (I found it on the net hard cover with
shipping $37.00) but I could find the list of recipes that it has. I
don't want to order it if most of the recipes I don't like.

Now you could say that if you get one recipe that you think is
absolutely fantastic then it is worth the $37.00. Never the less I
would like to know more about the recipes before I invest.

If you could list some of the recipes it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Bill

Paula Wolfert has some very passionate fans, while other readers think
her enthusiasms get the better of her sometimes. This link is to a
review linked from her own website. It will give you a very good
picture of what the book is like. -aem
