The Cooking of Southwest France: Recipes from France's Magnificent
Rustic Cuisine (Hardcover) By: Paula Wolfert Does anybody know this book? Do you have an Idea what kind of recipes are in it? I had thought about ordering it (I found it on the net hard cover with shipping $37.00) but I could find the list of recipes that it has. I don't want to order it if most of the recipes I don't like. Now you could say that if you get one recipe that you think is absolutely fantastic then it is worth the $37.00. Never the less I would like to know more about the recipes before I invest. If you could list some of the recipes it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Bill |

Paula Wolfert has some very passionate fans, while other readers think her enthusiasms get the better of her sometimes. This link is to a review linked from her own website. It will give you a very good picture of what the book is like. -aem http://www.paula-wolfert.com/books/swf_reviews.html |
