If they're not too ripe, you can make some savory dishes out of them. I
posted
a Parsi recipe for baked eggs with spicy bananas a week ago, and I've run
across a few recipes recently in which bananas go into Indonesian-type
stir-fries. I've got a banana chutney recipe too, if you'd like me to post
it.
