Default supper tonight

A rib eye steak rubbed with salt, fresh ground black pepper, granulated
garlic and red onion powder(made it myself) grilled to just shy of rare.

Side of grilled mixed veggies, halfed mushrooms, zuchinni spears and red
bell pepper quarters marinated and brushed with Ceasar Italtian salad
vinegrette.

very tasty.

I like this ceasar Italian dressing better than the regular Italian
dressing for this kinda thing. Kraft did a good thing.

I thinly sliced several (2) red onions...dehydrated them. Then used my
wand/stick blender and it's chopping attachment with container to turn
them to dust.

I used a ron popeil dehydrator...but a low oven and several cookie sheets
could work too.

I Have carrot and curry powder dust on my todo list.
Shred 2 carrots mix with curry powder to taste...dry and turn to dust.
