Default Sunday Morning Breakfast - a taste of the US

It was a taste of home for Sunday breakfast today. The father of one of
my students grows strawberries, blueberries, and boysenberries
commercially here in Honduras. I managed to get a hold of 5 pounds of
the blueberries, 4 pounds of the boysenberries, and 2 pounds of
strawberries

Today I made blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup. One pound down, 4
to go.

I'm going to finish up the native blackberries I have in the freezer by
making a blackberry cobbler this afternoon. I can then start on the
boysenberries. I have canning jars and lids with me and brought back
both powdered and liquid pectin.

The fair has done been and gone here in Honduras...and it is strictly
livestock. No "home arts" type stuff. :-(
