Russian Tea Mix

Since cold & flu season is upon us, here is a nice drink recipe that
can help with stuffy, congested sinuses. This is a family favorite,
but I recently revamped it to be Sugar Free.

Russian Tea Mix (regular sugared version)

3/4 cup Instant Tea with Lemon (ie; Lipton)
(if can't find with lemon, add in a package of Lemonaid Kool-aid)
1 cup sugar
1-1/4 cup orange Tang
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients & store in airtight container.
To hot water add 3-4 rounded teaspoons, depending on size of vessel, or
to taste. Use efficiently, the sugared recipe tends to get crystalized
over time.

Sugar Free Russian Tea Mix

1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Instant Tea (*with lemon)
1 pack of Lemonaide Koolaid (*do not add if tea has lemon)
3/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Splenda
1 packs - Orange 'Sunrise' Crystal Light
1/4 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients & store in airtight container.
To hot water add 2-3 rounded teaspoons, depending on size of vessel, or
to taste.
