Default Costco and you ...

.... equally to blame. All this talk of apple pie, apple crumble.
Apple coffee cake.

Then, this morning, I walk into Costco and what is sitting right
there? Caramel apple pie. I bought it. Somewhere along the way
home it doubled in size to 5 pounds. I hope it freezes well.

Haha! That's funny. Actually, I'm not even much of a pie girl,
and when I eat pie, no ice cream. I know. The caramel hooked me.

I've had those a couple of time at PTA type things. The pie has always
been raw in the middle..raw dough as in gooey and crunchy apples. Must
be hard to cook something that big. I hope yours is cooked through and
good.
