I just left it alone, it came out very well, actually. I wouldn't be
mad if I made the same mistake again.

So, guessing here, it sounds like you dusted the top with chili
powder? Or did you mix it in with the cheese sauce?

I mixed it into the white sauce with the mustard, etc.
