Default Burrito w/leftover pot roast

That Sirloin Tip Roast I did a few days ago was reduced to 8 ounces or so of
shredded beef at the end, broth, carrots, and potatoes reduced to just
flavoring.

I smashed a garlic clove and chopped it, sauteed it on medium with the meat
for a bit, added a tad of chili powder, and when it looked perfect put it in
small whole wheat tortillas (surprisingly good, and 3 grams of fiber as
opposed to 1 in white ones) on top of melted cheddar cheese, added hot
salsa, rolled, heated, and ate with a dollop of sour cream on top.

Very nice.
