AIR TIMES:
October 28, 2006 11:00 AM ET/PT Today Sandra is kicking back and taking it slow...and so is her menu! Whether it’s simmering in a slow cooker or baking in an oven, these recipes show how tender and juicy food can be when slowly cooked. The menu starts with a steamy and cheesy French Onion Soup. Then it’s a savory Chicken and Turkey Pot Pie with Pepper Biscuit Topping. For dessert, Sandra gets adventurous with her Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding with Ginger Sauce. You won’t believe how simple it is! Then it’s cocktail time, made in a slow cooker, it’s Hot Spiced Sangria. ANOTHER crockpot show? I wonder if she'll use another "pre-roasted" chicken from Wal-Mart for the pie? Didn't she make a sangria last time? -- "Bunny's ability to take ingredients that I love and put them together into something stomach wrenching is unparalleled." -- bookwirm |

Probably too daft to know how to clean one, so use it and toss it. -ginny |

As far as I am concerned, there should be a disclaimer added to her show
that warns unsuspecting people of her stupidity, audacity to really screw up simple dishes, and out and out grossness of her alcoholism. Whenever a commercial for her show appears, or her show appears, my three year old daughter says: "Mommy, the nut job is on!" or "Mommy, the crazy lady is on!" That never fails to crack me up! (But, we never fail to miss an episode, if we can help it.!) Lisa ;-) |

Yep, that's what we said too. She also buys a new microwave every time she puts saran wrap in it. |
