I bought some of these pears at the farmer's market near my workplace
last week. These pears are unbelievable. When ripe, they're a beautiful yellow and red shade. The meat literally melts in your mouth and it's soooo juicy. I love this pear. Not really a cooking post per se, but if you guys ever get a chance to try out this pear, you have got to go for it. |
