Default pliable pudding

A while back I was watching the today show and they did a piece on some
magazines best of what's new. Near the end, but still before my cofee
had kicked in, they had a guy showing off this pudding that you could
work kind of like clay. I can't remember what it was called or whether
or not it was available to the public. the executive chef where I work
and I are always looking for new presentation ideas and this looks like
a sure winner. If anyone knows any thing about this stuff, I would
appreciate a response. Oh, and I already tried looking on the today
show website; they apperently don't remember that stuff either.

I have had a look on the internet and found this for you - I think it
will be similar - It is great for little people to play with and adults
too!
