Default Culinaria Cookbooks

While shopping at my local Costco yesterday, I noticed they had 4 of the
Culinaria books available - $20 each. I picked up the French one and am
enjoying all the info, recipes and travel tips. I'd like to get another one
but cannot decide between Spain, Italy or Greece.

The logical next one would be Italy, unless you cook more Spanish or
Greek food.

We have the Caribbean and Spain volumes. We cooked conch chowder from
the former book, which wasn't bad (according to my FileMaker entry).
We've not tried anything from the Spain cookbook yet. They don't come
to my mind as working cookbooks. If I have a hankering to make a paella
(for example), I'm more likely to reach for the paella cookbook than the
Culinaria one.
