It may be non stick but metal untensils will scrape it out of a pan without issue. I've since gotten past metal and now use plastics, but still - it's a non-reactive substance. The fact that it stands up to acids means it gets to our stomach, doesn't get broken down, and just passed on through. It's a lot of scare tactics, none of which has been backed up by hard science. |
