Default Wedding dress for baker's wife made of profiteroles - truly!

Just read an article in today's The Weekend Australian (14th Oct) about
a young baker in the Ukraine who made the wedding dress for his bride
using 1500 profiteroles. It looks so cute - just image a pretty girl,
not very tall, wearing a strapless, waisted, croquembuche! She loved
it, and spent hours each night before the wedding modelling the dress
with her fiance adding more puffs.

I wonder if they ate it together after the wedding reception? Or did
the guests eat it at the reception! Check it out:
