Default cookbook recommendation...

In light of all of the recent talk about soup, here's one cookbook that
I own and like:

"Twelve Months of Monastery Soups" by Victor D'Avila-Latourrette

There are a wide variety of recipes here; One of the interesting things
is that they are grouped based upon when items are in season.

Many might consider this a beginners book, but hopefully someone here
might consider it of interest.
