Andy's Book of the Year Club

Andy's Book of the Year Club recommends:

The Old Farmer's 2007 Almanac

Once you get past the left page content / right page advertistments in
the front section, even despite the ads, it's one of the best reads ever.

Ever wanted to hail a cab? It's in there! The Calendar is awesome.

Just so much interesting stuff! Worth the $6.95 asking price, imho.

Food fact: Several cooks at the Delmarva (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia)
Chicken Festival tend a 10-foot long frying pan with garden rakes,
cooking up to 800 chicken quarters at a time.

Yes folks, it's even food related in places!!!

I'm not even 1/3 way through but I'm watching out for any r.f.c expert
info they might've been shoehorned in there somewhere. What are the
chances. We know what WE'RE talkin' about, right?!?

This is the first volume that's not in hardcover that I've seen. I've
missed the past couple years. [sigh]

Enjoy!

Bite me, Oprah! :D

Love Farmer's Almanac. They do a Holiday edition now and then filled
with fun facts, recipes, traditions, crafts and stuff. Keep an eye out
for it.

Aloha!
