Default Is there such a thing as eggs with chili?

I have made chili omelets for about as long as I have been cooking.
Chili is also a good excuess to make Mac and Cheese. If the chili is
really runny only 1 to 2 table spoons will be needed to flaveor some
M&C but if it is a hardy chili then you can put in almost 2 cups of
the stuff.

Chili and rice makes a great microwave friendly lunch for work.
