Just about everyone else doesn't bother, the stuff being made primarily from vetetable oil. The latter is usually labeled "cheese food". nb |

It was much better to label products as "American Cheese" than to put processed cheese slices on the package.. If you are anywhere but the U.S. you will not find "American Cheese" they will instead be just processed cheese. REAL American Cheese is a soft white/yellow Cheddar. |
