Don't ask how, but I came into possession of a 50 pound box of
something labeled "chocolate liquor". looks like little squares of baking chocolate, but I am thinking maybe it does not have the cocoa butter in it?? Any ideas on how I can use it in a recipe that calls for baking chocolate? Thanks. |
