Sorry to hear that your pressure cooker is defective. I never used a
pressure cooker either until 3 years ago. I purchased Magefesa and
love it for cooking beans. I can cook dry beans in 3-5 minutes top.
I should try using it for other things too, but primarily I purchased
it for beans.
