Default REC - Jill's Turkey Cottage Pie

I've futzed with the recipe a little (basically cooking it in one
casserole instead of separate ramekins). This is an all-time favorite
of Crash's and mine. We've actually cooked turkey dinners just so we
could make this with the leftovers.

3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup chopped onion -- (1 medium)
3/4 cup diced celery -- (1 stalk)

I rather fancy this. Thanks. But... Do you think it might work well with
chicken? (We don't celebrate Turkey Day here - Turkey is more of a
Christmas thing and I actually prefer chicken).

I don't see why not. Knock yourself out. You won't be sorry. You'll
develop severe cravings for this from time to time. You've been
warned.
