Healthy meals for the whole family

I have a problem with eating wheat/meat - & my pal is dairy intolerant,
yet we both have to cater for family meals while the rest of the family
eat anything and everything!

Having spent years cooking separate meals for the various
likes/dislikes/allergies, we've drawn up a new online recipe resource
which can be found on http://www.damefandango.com

Now we can just cook one tasty meal and know that its suitable for
everyone, as each recipe is wheat, dairy, egg and meat free, though
we've shown where they can be added to to include all these things too,
so that everyone can sit at the same table eating essentially the same
meal without feeling left out and awkward.

And as an added bonus, each ebook sold contributes to ukathasa, a great
little charity which supports kids in South Africa who need proper
nutrition too

So please pop along to our site - and even if you don't feel like
cooking you can dance along to the music!

xx

Get rid of the automatic music NOW. That's a very bad thing to include on a
web site. There is no debate possible on this point.
