Are there any good links on matching cheese with beer? For instance, if I
brew a 5 gallon batch of an India Pale Ale and I want to entertain friends, what cheese would compliment that beer? -gk- |

Use malt vinegar? You brew your own beer AND you make your own pickled eggs. That would be pretty neat IMHO. Jay |
