Are there any good links on matching cheese with beer? For instance, if I
brew a 5 gallon batch of an India Pale Ale and I want to entertain friends,
what cheese would compliment that beer?

Uh, this is kind of out from left field but how about some pickled
eggs? Use malt vinegar? You brew your own beer AND you make your
own pickled eggs. That would be pretty neat IMHO.

Mmmmmm. And throw in a few pickled sausages. They used to cost about
forty cents in the seventies and were as big as brats. Pickled eggs and
pickled sausages served as dinner in a bar for a pickled man.
