Dang, I got a real burr under my saddle this week. Trying all kinds
of stuff I've put off forever. Made my own chorizo. Did some DIY sausage egg n' biscuits this morning. Don't forget that rice pudding stuff. I know milk gravy is no biggie, but I went crazy last weekend and ate eggs and biscuits and gravy till I my neck turned red. I'd never really got it right till now. Now I'll put my hash brown spatula up against any truck stop egg jockey in AL. Went through two pots of split pea soup, but that's old hat. I cooked up so much bacon I had to use it somewhere. So I recreated the classic WT Grant lunch couter club sandwich on white cello bread toast. Served with a Coke, natch. I'm gonna get fat(ter). Dagnabit, I feel a Jell-O attack coming on. ![]() nb |
