No big reason why Soy Nog over egg, because as you say you don't (nor I)
drink it that much. But I think I like it better than egg nog because it
is a bit lighter, thinner... and it is tasty as all get out! I was
turned on to it a couple of years ago when they were giving out samples
in the commissary. I had never tried soy milk before and found this Silk
Nog to be incredibly tasty. I even tried plain soy milk based on liking
this stuff so much. I HATED it. This is different.
I also appreciate it being lower in calories, fats and all that too. But
that isn't my main focus.
oh yeah... 1/2 cup=2 WW points, Wayne

I troed some "light" lower-fat eggnog last year, but was very disappointed
that it was lighter and thinner. I guess I simply have a preference for
terribly unhealthy, heavy eggnog. I haven't calculated the WW points for
the regular stuff yet, but I can just imagine that one portion equals a
whole meal's worth of points, or more. :-(

When we first started WW early in the year, I tried some soy milk, but just
couldn't gag it down.
