Default Heavy duty pan lifter?

I am trying to locate an item described as a "heavy duty pan lifter"

The item is used to grab onto the edge of a cake pan(or other pan with a lip
and then lift the entire pan and it's contents with the device only. The
item has the shape and similar function to a pair of pliers but the handles
are much fatter and of course the gripping part is also different.

I have searched the internet to no avail(perhaps there is another name for
this item?)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Bob

It's called a vice grip, available in most hardware stores.

No, it's not called a vice grip.

I don't know if I would trust those...a peel or a spatula and hot pads
would work better for me
