I like them on the very crisp side, so I halve or quarter them, steam/nuke
them for about 2-1/2 minutes witha bit of crushed caraway seed, then drain
any liquid and add butter.

Occasionally I make a sweet/sour version with bacon and a tad of onion.

When I cook them for a meal as a vegetable...I boil them with
Salt/Sugar/Pinch Carb-Soda..until firmly cooked ..Then drain and add lots of
butter/Ground Black Pepper/Some Lemon Pepper and also grind some fresh
Nutmeg over them stir all together and add just a dash of full
cream...Mmmm..I love them and so do all of my family as well....No trouble
in having left over's <G>....
