Default Dinner tonight, Another Calorie Splurge

Nothing special about this meal, except that we rarely have it anymore. I
didn't calcculate the WW points...I didn't want to know. It was a nice
ending to a stressful week. :-)

Salisbury Steak with Caramelized Onions
Mashed Potatoes with Pan Gravy
Steamed Asparagus with Lemon Butter
Pears Poached in Muscatel with Creme Fraiche
