Default dinner tonight

I had to work all day, and I came home to a cold beer and the
delicious aroma of Mimi's sticky chicken in the oven. D's my
salvation sometimes.

We had BoBo cafe fried shrimp with a side of barbeque pork over
vietnamese rice, and a light salad. Vietnamese food (and people) have
been a delightful treat. Next, I'm going to try the Vietnamese
sandwiches. They're kind of new, here.

Since I made chocolate a food group, we had warm fudge pudding with
whipped cream. I add vanilla and a little extra sugar, and condensed
milk. The whipped cream gets rum flavoring or the real deal. Whoa,
that's comfort food.

Ooh, delicious. We just had spaghetti with jarred sauce and a mountain
of popcorn. We're having a lazy day, watching bad movies and eating
crap. (We had Jack in the Box for lunch.)

We don't get HBO. (Nor do we have the cable hooked up -- I suppose if
we wanted to hook it up, we could, but that means moving the TV and
VCR into the bedroom, and that means no snuggling on the sofa during
the show. :-)

I think our next bad movie is some old horror thing. We just finished
the '80s version of Flash Gordon.
