Default Ping : The "Chatty" One

On the RFC website, I gave you a link to another site with a video on
spatchcocking a chicken. That link is dead. I contacted Steve (no
response yet), but I found another video showing "how to cut up a
chicken" with the last 15 seconds or so on the Spatchcock video.

Maybe I'll take some pictures (not a video) next time I do the
spatchcock thingie and you can permanantly add it to the website...

Thanks, BOB. I have removed the offending link. But I would rather not
use photobucket links either... I have had to remove a couple of those
in the past because they "died" too. <sigh>

That would be ideal. I know we have to have some external links on the
site, but some of them have a tendency to "disappear" over time...

I don't cut up a chicken quite that way... I dislike leaving that
portion of back bone attached to the thigh.

I end up with two whole wings, two legs, two thighs (by themselves),
three breast portions, (I separate the front wishbone section) and two
intact back portions. I usually cook the back portions but may save them
for stock along with the neck.

I give the liver to the cats and fry up the gizzard and heart.

Other than that, it's a cool video. :-)
