Default Salmon stuffing

I have a whole 5 lb salmon that I want to stuff and bake, but I can't
find any stuffing recipies that sound interesting. Anyone have any
recipies???

We've only ever used flavorings as stuffing.

Stuff and also top the salmon with the following:

Thinly sliced lemons
Thinly sliced onions
Whole sprigs of fresh Dill weed (or a generous sprinkling of dried)
Fresh ground black pepper

Hope this helps?
