Michael,
Tops - with counter, floor, blinds, sink, incidental stuff, paint, paintings
etc for the walls -I spent no more than $4,000; but friends helped me
install. I envy you being able to get what you want. I bet it will be
fabulous.

No, I don't think $50 thousand is extravagant. I know a few people that
have paid that.
