It sounds like it might be time for a compromise. Unless your house is
worth a million dollars, a $50,000 is WAY overcapitalising... I know
that good stuff is expensive, but there's 'good' and then there's
'they saw you coming!' If I was Steven I'd be balking too, and looking
for ways to cut the cost down about 20K...
