Hey Wayne,

Just sent the final on the three tuxedos Christmas Card!
Please let me know if you want any modifications?

I hope those huge files came thru ok? Most printers require PDF files or
you get lousy prints from low resolution. The print looked good on my
end, but a bit small at 3" x 5". I can enlarge it a bit and re-send.

OB food: Spent the weekend making sausage using my new toy, (an early
christmas present to myself), using turkey breast meat and pork
trimmings. Pictures to follow as soon as I upload them to tinypic.

But that won't be until I get this final batch of sausage I'm working on
into the 'frige. ;-) I like to let it firm up overnight before freezing
it.

Hi OM,

I haven't been able to get to my g-mail account all day, not sure why. As
soon as I can I'll let you know if everything came through alright.

The 3" x 5" size will probably fit the best on the card stock I have. I'm
sure it will work out okay, but I'll definitely let you know.

Thanks a million!

Cool! :-)
I sent two versions in two separate e-mails.

Just the regular hog intestine casings.
I don't like the man made collagen casings...

I got them both, and they look terrific! I will use both, too!

Will e-mail you later...

If I made my own sausage that's what I would do, too. I try never to buy
sausage unless it is a natural casing. The other stuff is UGH!
