Default Cooking Course Takes a Bite Out Of Obesity

.... in Germany

http://www.ng2000.com/news.php?tp=cooking

Western populations are getting fatter, due to too little exercise and
too much fast food. Socially disadvantaged families are particularly
prone to such diets. But a cooking course in Hamburg hopes to change
that.

My research shows its just eating too much food ,
I eat 2 slices of toast in morning and i dont lose
wt , 62 , 170lbs ...
I have a terrible diet , no variety at all , have lots of
energy , feel great .

99% of what u need is glucose , from carbs , you can get
very fat on white bread alone ....

The human body can suvive on 1/10 th the intake ,
and needs not vitamins , nor varied diet .
We get far to much trace and vit's ..
It can store aminos and remanufacture aminos well .
we DO not need to eat meat but once every 6 months .
Amonia in colon , anus , hemoroids ......
obviously over eating meat and the body tries to dump
Nitrogen , but the liver ( urea ) is overloaded .
But i eat meat occasionally .... pay a big price though ...
tastes great ..
Dont worry about fat ppl , the earth will change forever
in 30 years , there will be no doctors nor hospitals ,
no over wt ppl , no complaints of any kind ....

Darwin was right ....
