Perhaps. But it's a pretty durned tasty casserole. Maybe it needs a
name change for the purists :-)

I wouldn't mind a cook-in in Australia. I have some cousins in Sydney,
and have always wanted to see the Great Barrier Reef and such. I think
there's more of it than I could fit into even a month of constant
travel.

What to bring? A jug of maple syrup, a container of Marshmallow Fluff,
and some cranberry corn bread.

Chances of my ever getting there? >0

It's blinking balmy 64F here in RI. We haven't seen a lick of snow
yet, and it's almost time for the January Thaw. Heck, if it stays this
warm, we'll miss Pothole Season! And the bugs will be impossible next
spring.
