So far, it doesn't look like "Cooking from Oaxaca" is readily
available. Is there any chance you might be able to post one or two
mole recipes?

If you have one of those printer/scanners, you can open word - Insert
> Picture > From scanner. Your page/recipe will be inserted into Word
as a jgp, then you can attach it to an email and send.
