Default OT - Sabbatical Time (Again)

I have way too many reasons not to be here right now.

On a positive note, I've started the South Beach diet in order to get
my diabetes back under control, and by the fime I finish KFing all of
the yummy-oriented and seriously off-topic posts, I don't have a lot
left to read. (My fasting blood sugar is already down 38 points from
two days ago)

I've developed arthritis in my shoulders, and using the keyboard and
trackball have become quite painful.

I've acquired an online stalker who monitors this group and uses
things I say here to harass and threaten me in e-mail.

I will continue to post updates on behalf of Christy as long as she
needs me to. I won't abandon my sister.

Thanks to so very many of you for your friendship. Feel free to
write.

Happy Holidays!
Christmas Carol

Dams:

We'll miss you. Good luck on the diet. We did it for about six months
then slowly drifted off because it became boring but if you're doing it
for your diabetes, it should work well for you.

As far as the arthritis, I feel your pain, literally. One of my online
friends has a voice operated system for posting and it seems to work
well for her. I have no idea how pricy it was.

I'm sorry about your stalker. It's too bad that some people have
nothing better to occupy themselves.

Happy holidays to you and Crash and I hope you will be back soon.

I had an e-mail stalker once... They were going thru hotmail.

I forwarded one of their more offensive e-mails to hotmail and informed
them of the harassment.

End of problem in less than 48 hours. Most ISP's don't put up with that
crap.

Now that my macmail is working again, I have a manual bounce function
that looks like a server bounce.

That stops things like that in their tracks. ;-)
