Celery seed goes well _lightly_ sprinkled onto some steamed veggies.
It's also a good sausage ingredient. I ran a similar thread awhile back when I bought some to make a stuffed breakfast sausage with my new meat grinder. Hmmm... maybe that's what I should do with that lean, awful pork that dad bought. I'll have to get some other scraps to add a bit of fat back to it. -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails.
