Tactical work? What would you like to do, if you had the place to yourself? |

I'm considering going back and getting a set of 6 of the black ones. -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |

It's evil of me to share this as you will probably never go near Hershey's again. <eg> -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. Walk and shoot multiple targets, shoot from crouching/prone positions/ cover. The pistol range is nowhere near as large as the rifle range. There are only 8 benches. Like I said in a past post, I plan on purchasing the annual membership so I can just go there right after work early in the morning. Unless there are other folks in town as nuts as I am, there should not be many shooters (with annual memberships) there at 07:30 am. ;-) The daily range opens at 10 am. I get off of work at 07:00 and the range is about 15 minutes away. Home is a 30 minute commute. -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. An empty shell should > eliminate these problems. I have heard that... Seems older guns, dry firing tends to damage the firing pin. Most practice recommendations using dummy rounds. Same for "jam" practice. Stick a dummy round at random in the magazine so that you have to "clear" it. I have one bad magazine for my .40 that has a weak spring, so mis-feeds at random and always on the last bullet. I have it well marked for practice only, and do use it. ;-) -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |
